FREE Medical Examinations

 

EXTRACT from the LIST of PAYABLE MEDICAL SERVICES rendered to citizens of the Republic of Belarus by state health institutions

(The list was approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 182 (as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2010 No. 142)

Paragraph 12. Free medical examinations of citizens include:

(the information in parentheses is for clarification and is not part of the document):

  1. carried out on medical grounds (by a written referral from a doctor or a health care organization);
  2. citizens under 18 years old, pregnant women;
  3. students and students of institutions of higher, specialized secondary and vocational education (by a written referral from educational institutions);
  4. invalids, participants of the Great Patriotic War (upon presentation of the document);
  5. citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster, other radiation accidents (upon presentation of the document);
  6. unemployed when hired and sent by labor, employment and social protection authorities to vocational training and advanced training (upon presentation of a referral);
  7. citizens who are sent to sanatorium-resort treatment and rehabilitation (upon presentation of a referral);
  8. employees of institutions financed from the budget, with the exception of employees of structural units of these institutions established to carry out business activities (upon presentation of a document from the place of work);
  9. persons obliged to reimburse expenses spent by the state on the maintenance of children under state support (upon presentation of a referral);
  10. civil aviation pilots and air traffic controllers of aviation enterprises whose state share in the authorized capital of which is at least 50 percent (upon presentation of a document from the place of work);
  11. other categories of citizens in the order and cases determined by the legislation (in the presence of a regulatory legal act of the Republic of Belarus, which states that a medical examination of a citizen is free).

Obligatory medical examinations of those who come to work (work) with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions or at work, where, in accordance with the law, there is a need for professional selection, with the exception of employees of state-financed organizations, are carried out under contracts with employers (i.e. in the presence of a contract, the employee her/himself is examined for free, in the absence of a contract - it must be contracted).


 

How to get a medical report in our institution?

  1. ЕслиIf you are registered (registered) in the city of Brest and Brest district:

 

You can get a certificate at the reception desk (Brest, lane of Brest divisions, 2) on the 1st floor every day, except Sunday) from 8.00 to 20.00 (Saturday - from 8.00 to 14.00) after an examination by a narcologist. You should have a passport and military ID (for men).

Attention: examinations may be paid. 

Free medical examinations of citizens include (Paragraph 12 of the LIST of PAYABLE MEDICAL SERVICES provided to citizens of the Republic of Belarus by public health institutions (approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 182 (as amended by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 142 of February 142) (the information in parentheses is for clarification and is not part of the document):

1.carried out for medical reasons (in the written direction of the doctor or the organization of health care);
2. citizens under 18 years old, pregnant women;

Inspections are free only if documents are available in accordance with Resolution No. 182 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 (see above).

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE A SUCH SERVICE WITH US (doctor's examination)-YOU CAN NOT RECEIVE IT! BUT!!!!! CERTIFICATE without examining is NOT ISSUED

  1. If you are registered in the Brest region, other regions and districts of the Republic of Belarus (except those registered in the city of Brest and the Brest region):

In order to receive a certificate, we must ask the health care organization at the place of your registration (except for the city of Brest and the Brest region) about the absence of your registration with a psychiatrist-narcologist.

To do this, you need to fill out the request form in our institution on the application principle "One window".

To fill out the form, you need to contact the registry of the clinic on the 1st floor (you should have a passport with you).

When we receive an answer, you will be able to receive a certificate at the registration desk of the clinic on the 1st floor every day (except Sunday) from 8.00 to 20.00 (Saturday from 8.00 to 14.00). You can specify the information about the responses received by tel. 80162-53-28-17.

YOU CAN APPEAL IN ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION!

  1. If you are a resident of Russia or another country (regardless of the place of registration in Belarus or in the absence of registration) you can also receive from us any help from a psychiatrist and a narcologist (for a residence permit, for work, for driving, for selling an apartment, etc.)

The cost of the service depends on the type of help you need.
